Excellent service from all the staff in particular Sonia Yague the Guest Experience Manager . The room was cleaned and refreshed to a 5* plus standard. The location is excellent particularly for the museums although not the best for shopping. We ate in the Resturant on Valentine’s Day, a 5 course menu. Food very good and, again excellent service. The restaurant area ( off season) overlooks the pool and garden and is very pleasant.

we like this hotel very much. the rooms were spacious, huge, the staff was super polite and helped me with every question, breakfast was fantastic, really tasty and fresh, and the best advantage is the location. located in the heart of Madrid, Coolrooms is a very nice and comfortable hotel to stay in for a vacation.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are enormous. Very grand and tasteful, surprisingly, only 4 stars. While the location was very handy, the street its on isn't the best. It makes up for the location with excellent service and very good sound proofing

CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha is fantastic! We are a family of 4 with two kids. We arrived after 15 hours of travel. Entering from the street doesn't tell the story of the inside. Once inside, you step into fresh greenery, a clean, cool, and charming entry. The staff is inviting, excellent and of course expecting you. Our two-bedroom suite was amazing, so very large! It had to be over 1000 square with two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a large family room entry separating the bedrooms. You will love the very comfortable beds and the large showers. Everything was clean, cool, and inviting. It was especially quiet, which we welcomed after our travels. It's within walking distance to the main square and tons of restaurants and even grocery stores. I highly recommend CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha, especially for those traveling with family or couples!

This property and chain have remember what traditional luxury really is, it’s high end finish, the details like the scent in the hotel and the rooms, the quality bed linen, the nightly turn down service with chocolates and daily room cleans ! It really is a beautiful property finished to a high standard of luxury! This was my second visit and we will be back !

Junior Suite is very large--too large in fact and well appointed. Breakfast is all or none. You can't just order a croissant and coffee; you have to have everything "they think" is breakfast. Chef is terrific. Dinner was exceptional. Common areas such as corridors are a bit too dark. Bathroom facilities were exceptional.

Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is pretty central to many attractions.

Very nice hotel in a great location - close to shops, restaraunts and sights. Beautiful old building renovated to a high standard. Decorated in an art deco style. The room was large, and the shower was huge with great water pressure. Bathroom has an excellent hair dryer and ghd straightener. The bedroom has a safe and excellent air conditioning. Our room overlooked the interior courtyard, which was very quiet. There is a beautiful old staircase and a small elevator also. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us a map of the city and showed us the best way to get around. Unfortunately we couldn't get a late checkout. We were able to store our bags at reception though and relax by the pool until we left. The pool area is lovely with large comfortable sofas and sofabeds to relax on. The pool is about 4 foot deep the whole way. It's about 20 feet long and 10ft wide. The food at the pool was also lovely. I would stay here again if staying in Madrid:)

The helpfulness of the staff, from attending to room service requests to assistance with booking tickets for various museum and theatre trips was exceptional. The room had everything you could reasonably need and the comfort and quality of the bed linen was exceptional. Centrally located, just a short walk the the main cultural attractions, with plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

Great location! The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a suite which was very large, nicely appointed, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very large with a shower that could fit you and ten of your friends (if you are into that kind thing). Kidding aside, Overall an exceptional hotel that I highly recommend and will be my go-to place the next time I am in Madrid
